By creating an account or using TempOTP, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

TempOTP provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes (OTPs). Numbers are provided on a pay-per-use basis from your prepaid balance.

2. Acceptable Use

• You must not use the service for fraud, harassment, spam, or any unlawful activity.
• You must not resell or sublicense access without written permission.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Numbers and Delivery

Numbers are sourced from upstream providers and availability is not guaranteed. If a code is not received within the order window, the order is cancelled and any held funds are returned to your balance.

4. Payments and Balance

Top-ups are added to your prepaid balance. Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change at any time. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in abuse or fraud.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from failed deliveries, third-party platform restrictions, or service interruptions.
