Refund Policy

We want every order to work. This policy explains when funds are returned to your balance.

Automatic Refunds

OTP orders are charged from your prepaid balance only when a number is issued. If no verification code is received within the order window, the order is automatically cancelled and the full amount is returned to your account balance — no action needed.

Top-Up Balance

  • Funds added to your balance are credited for use within the service.
  • Remaining balance from successful top-ups is generally non-refundable to the original payment method, but stays available for future orders.
  • Crypto top-ups are final once confirmed on-chain.

Requesting Help

If you were charged for an order that delivered no code and your balance was not automatically refunded, contact support with your order ID and we will review it. Email support@tempotp.com or open a ticket from your support page.
